Maintenance Technician

We are currently accepting applications for Maintenance Technician at our corporate office located in New Albany, Indiana. 

Function:

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all systems relating to injection molding machines including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, and auxiliary equipment such as robots temp controls and material loading systems. Maintains a systematic plan of preventative maintenance of the company’s manufacturing equipment. Analyzes and solves technical maintenance problems associated with company’s molding and manufacturing equipment. Interfaces with most company employees during performance of duties. Interacts with visitors and customers as they visit the company.

Education: 2 year degree in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Maintenance or related field minimum. (Comparable experience considered.)

Experience: Prefer seven years experience in injection molding maintenance

Skills: Ability in the following areas are preferred: • Pneumatics and Hydraulics • General robotics • PLC programming and operation (Allen Bradley, Omron, GE, C Programming, etc...) • Strong electrical knowledge including schematics • Understanding of fluid power principles • Experience on Cincinnati Milacron machining preferred • Experience in programming and troubleshooting Wittmann and Yushin robots considered a plus.

QC Lab Technician

We are currently accepting applications for QC Lab Tech (CMM Programmer) position at our corporate office located in New Albany, Indiana. 

Function:

Design checking methods, design holding fixtures for future inspections. This job will utilize PC DMIS to program First Article Inspections. Perform first article inspections, capability studies and GR and R studies. capabilities of our company to current and potential customers. Create and run CMM programs using PC DMIS. Compare results with customer and/or company quality standards. Use of precision instrumentation equipment. Good understanding of GD and T . Report dimensional out put using Microsoft Excel. Ability to work overtime if needed.

Sales Representative

Function:

Identify and obtain new business within the Midwest and Southwest regions of North America. Schedule and conduct sales calls at existing and potential OEM customer base. Prepare detailed proposals for potential customers and make formal presentations. Posses a strong understanding of and effectively communicate the technical capabilities of our company to current and potential customers. Develop strong relationships at all levels within our company and our customer’s organizations. Compile data on market trends, competitive products and manufacturers, reporting all to Executive Management.

Education: Bachelors degree in marketing or business.

Experience: Prefer 5 yrs of successful sales and marketing experience in the plastics industry.

Skills: Must have excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills. Must conduct self in such a manner as to foster good relations with all potential or existing customers.
