The Beach Mold and Tool Wishing Well was founded in 1993 and serves as a non-profit organization for the purpose of offering a wish for terminally ill children. Their wish could be a dream vacation, tickets to see a favorite performer, a computer, a shopping spree or anything they can wish. The Beach Mold & Tool Wishing Well is fully funded by the employees of Beach Mold & Tool who choose to donate a portion of their check on a weekly basis. With the support of the management here at Beach Mold and Tool, and on behalf of our employees, the Wishing Well has become a very important part of the movement to give back to our community. To date we have helped over 55 children with whatever wish they desire. The Beach Mold & Tool Wishing Well has also been fortunate enough to be a part of the Hosparus Christmas party since 2008 by providing Christmas gifts for all the children with the Kourageous Kids program at that time.
Who do we serve? Hospice of Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky aids us in finding terminally ill children between the ages of three and nineteen who has a wish. Hospice is also very active in assisting our committee to make sure we fulfill a wish with the best interest of the child in mind.
