Beach Mold and Tool is pleased to announce its addition of “White Room” injection molding to meet the increasing demand for Controlled Environment Molding in the Healthcare markets. This expansion is an indication of our further commitment to the Medical Industry. We take great pride in knowing that the products we make contributes to the betterment of health all over the world.
We have implemented leaner operations that meet stringent quality standards and requirements for producing a medical product. We follow the medical standards for process and tool validations. Most Medical OEM’s require a High, Low and Nominal process validation while others require PQ and OQ runs for dimensional and process stability.
The “White Room” is equipped with positive airflow, overhead material handling system and robotics. We have 10 injection molding presses ranging from 30 to 300 tons with room for more presses in over 9,000 sq ft. All inventory and tooling remain in the “White Room” at all times. Our staff is well trained to pay strict attention to cleanliness and product quality. In order to ensure a clean molding environment, they are required to wear smocks, shoe covers, bouffant caps, beard covers and non-latex gloves.
